Just received my order from them, they have exceeded expectations, top quality embroidery.

Great communication and brilliant service. Lots of emails back and forth tweaking my logo to make sure it was as good as it could be.

Extremely fast service, final approval was sent on the 15th and I received my new uniform arrived today (17th).

Prices are fair, other companies lure you in with bulk deals but this was around the same price but all of my items were individually picked so I got exactly what I wanted.

Would use again

I made calls to two customer service centres today.The first,to a major UK bank resulted in incompetence and no solution.
The second,to work uniform resulted in immediate confirmation of my query,prompt return of a link to repair the situation,( my mistake in ordering!)and within 2 hours a return form to my e mail address.
Full marks for an efficient system then,BUT also to note that it was delivered by courteous humorous staff.
The Bank has lost a customer.Work Uniform have gained one.

Great customer service. I rang to order some shirts for work but wasn't sure what size I would need. The lady I spoke to was lovely. She was knowledgeable about the shirts and advised I could buy one each of the 2 sizes I had in mind. They provide a free returns label for you to return the one's that are not needed provided you return them within 7 days. I'm so glad I have found this business. It makes it easy to buy extra uniforms (more than work provide) so I'm not constantly washing and drying. The items arrived very quickly too.

Fantastic tunic dress, I’m a student nurse in wales and was not offered a dress for placement but knew I’d be much more comfortable in this than the scrubs, great quality and came within 2 days too which I didn’t expect!

I am very happy with the service I got from The Work Uniform Company and particularly with Alisha who proved to be a great troubleshooter. There was confusion with my order because Google had saved the wrong delivery address. As a result, my order was placed at an address which is not mine. I felt bad for bothering The Work Uniform Company because, indirectly, that was my mistake. Extremely helpful through the entire process of sorting which jackets to get, how to customise them, payment, and delivery. Friendly and professional staff at all times. Incredibly responsive and helpful for making adjustments. Good value for money - we now have some very satisfied emergency medical workers!

Ordered work blouses and waistcoats. Lovely quality for the price. Customer service was great too. I had a problem with a missing returns parcel I couriered back, but they were so helpful. This is a company I would recommend, we got off to a rocky start because the Epaulettes I order were delivered with wrong coloured trim, I told them and they acted quickly rectified it and sent out a new corrected pair ASAP

Best quality gear!
I bought a security jacket from them and it is still going strong, no matter wheter it rains, snow or its windy, that jacket is bulletproof( no pun intended). From now on, I will only be buying from here as you get an incredible value for your money!! And how can i forget about their customer sercive, one word, amazing!!
