B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

I come to this store quite often, usually when I visit the asda branch that it's next to, and it's great. There's a fantastic range of products at good prices, all kinds from food and drink to cleaning products to DIY stuff to pet supplies. Very useful to get multiple products under one roof at a good price. Also, there's always a nice environment, and the staff who work there are great too.

One guy especially, who at one point went to a lot of trouble to help me. I was buying some rufus tinned dog food (unfortunately, the store no longer sells them) which were either 39p each, or any 3 for £1, and there was a choice of either beef or chicken flavor. I got them 6 at a time, 3 of each flavor, to donate to the Merseyside branch of Dogs Trust (where I'm a volunteer and ex-work placement). One day, there were only 2 beef tins on the shelf, I rummaged, looking for more, re stacking the ones I didn't want at the time, not knowing that he was standing behind me, waiting to tidy the shelf up when I'd finished. I was with my mum at the time and told her the problem. He then went and looked through all of the storage, including the whole warehouse, looking for just 1 tin! He returned later and apologized, saying that there were no more beef tins in stock, but he could order me some, which I agreed to. (I got a 4th chicken tin to make up the 3 for £1). He then ordered £8 worth of the food for me, which I picked up at a later date. I then later told one of the other staff about it, passing on my compliments. He then saw me and my mum and said, 'hiya girls', clearly pleased with what had happened.

I recommend this store. The only problem, is that it's one of the worst shops for going into when you only need a little bit, and you come out with a lot more, due to the fantastic deals.

It's a great store I can't understand some of the negative reviews to be honest. It's a bargain store. You're not going to find high end quality fgs .

I visited here on Friday and I cannot compliment the staff enough for how helpful they were during my visit. I was more than impressed with how friendly and accommodating they were to help me with my shopping, especially the two gentlemen in the garden stores that helped retrieve the stone circle flags off the racking for me and take it to my car. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The operative in the garden section was very helpful, I needed to buy some brackets to fix the trellis onto my fence but couldn't find the right ones, he showed me how to modify the ones that were available which worked a treat.

Great store & staff, alway's helpful. They have a great range of home & garden products & furniture.

Lots of parking areas and variety goods available

Love this B&M, garden section is decently stocked and some fantastic bargains. Everyone knows you go in for one thing and there is so many bargains you come out with bags full. Staff are friendly and approachable. One of the best around

Brilliant selection of items. We went in for wallpaper that they didn't have. But the man was very helpful on when they expected it to come in.

These stores have a good selection of everything, all well priced.
There is also a garden centre and they now sell gas, electrical, food,diy ect.

Love shopping at B&M they always have a huge of variety of products at very reasonable prices. There household section is second to none, this includes soft furnishings, pictures, mirrors and it's a pleasure to mooch around although you tend to lose track of time. Great shopping experience.

So many known brands for much lower prices than high street and other supermarkets.
The garden centre is pretty good too with a variety of plants.

What's not to like .
Lots of nice stuff in there but some prices not so good.

Excellent value for money wide variety of products something for all more than just a bargain need a lot more products to get the public in the shop.

I got a new squeezy mop for £5 made up and a gift for my mum for mother's day.. Loads of lovely things there for all mums on their special day.. Hope my kids get me some of them xx

Got exactly what I wanted at a good price. Walked in, got the paint and then to checkout. Job done in a matter of minutes. Back tomorrow for some Manager deals. Great shopping experience from someone who hates shopping. Thanks B&M.

Massive new store, loads of food stuff (shelved). Love a little mooch round b&m,

Got some good stock for kitchens bedrooms bathrooms. Loads of cleaning stuff. I just wish they would do more healthier food. Other than that. I love it there :)

I am so happy with the service I got today from the manager Peter and all the staff at hunts cross they were all so helpful, friendly and especially supportive towards me and my daughter who is wheelchair bound thankyou so much for your help today it means alot to us thanks again 👍⭐
