General hygiene of the shop didn't seem very good.

The owner of this shop is very nice and well mannered. My only reservation is that one person is always kept at the checkout to serve, and then take ages filling in form to transfer money over sea and at same time responsible to answer phone calls when there is a long queue. The other staffs are either loitering about doing very little or chatting on their phones especially when shop owner is not around. Very annoying!! Having said that, staffs always greet customers with respect though.

the worst african shop in medway, i’m currently standing in the shop with 5 workers running around doing nothing, ive requested for one thing for the past 20 mins and they keep ignoring. they need more and better staff, for the their prices the services and quality of the shop is cheap. they are disrespectful and useless when it comes to actually doing their job
