Nice clean shop, lots of choice and a cheery shopkeeper.

One star review four years ago and promised myself never to go back.

Four years seems like long enough for a grumpy old man to be angry at one single shop when I could be angry about, say, international issues involving worse behaviour than dysfunctional shopkeepers.

I have never had a problem with this store, Staff seem perfectly polite to me. I am scratching my head slightly about why my experience seems to differ from most other reviewers

Rude, aggressive and bad service from the guys behind the counter at PREMIER NEWS MILTON KEYNES.

I went 3 times to collect my order from Hugo Boss as this is an UPS collection point, and in a very arrogant and rude way the guys reply that “the UPS system is down and they can’t give the parcel”

But it’s a really big piece of lie, because they don’t check the system before refusing to give the orders.

I finally had to cancel the order from Hugo Boss. Wasted nearly one day, selecting my clothes carefully and going to that horrible place.

Reporting this issue to UK trading standards as well.

Brought food there today, stir fried chicken Noddle. The food was bad and slimy, I called to report the bad food sold at the store, I got a bad customer service. No apology.

I called to the shop about my parcel and the guy kept asking from which company are you calling from i said I’m the customer and would like to speak with the manager of the store and then he rudely hung the line saying that the manager is on holiday for three weeks which is a complete lie coz i called the other day n they said if i call tomorrow i can speak with the manager. He also said i can’t waste my time. Don’t call. Absolutely nonsense. If you can’t help the customers with their parcels then why are you dealing with those companies. They should provide at least the minimum customer service. Shame!!!

Extremely disrespectful staff. Came into the shop 10:55pm to buy a quick Sandwich having a staff member saying " we are closing can you hurry up". Definitely would not recommend visiting the store you might get told to "hurry up" because they can't be bothered with their job. Never been treated like this before and I work in retail myself their behaviour was shocking and disgusting!

Bought this iphone charger really very cheap quality and over priced

Came to grab sandwich after watching imagine dragons. Sister wanted to pick out a chocolate bar only be to be yelled yet to hurry up. All the reviews made by others are indeed true. staff are incredibly rude.

Really rude staff when trying to use Hermes delivery. Snatch parcels off you and throw them on the floor. Much better service using the other Hermes drop offs in Bradwell Common and Co-op in Netherfield.

Rudest staff you'll ever meet. Shocking how any business can run the way these lot carry on. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid and go to the other shop closer to the train station

Incredibly rude. Picked up a package and the clerk tried to toss out my spouse who tried to pick it up for me earlier. Going to call corporate and complain.

This store WON'T accept evri packageless returns - even though its displayed on the website.
