Krishna Asian Food Market

Krishna, the name itself is enough. Honestly, there is no such Indian traditional thing that you wouldn't get here, you say and it is there. I always rely on Krishna weather it is vegetable or Ganesh idol or Pooja samagri, its all available here. Especially Indian spices, Sakhthi masala and much more.

So if you're from India or Sri Lanka and you want to look for spices, this is the place.

And all the staff, we call them Akka (Sister) are so helpful, feels like a home away from home 🏠.

Went today. Lovely arrays of spices, foodstuffs, colours and scents.

I love going to Krishna’s Food Market for their variety of spices and products.

Best place to find indian grocery. Most Indian brands are available.

Has all the necessary items for making Indian food.

A lot of Indian vegetables. The place is always crowded. Staffs are friendly.

The prices have gone up in this shop like crazy. Red peanuts was 6 .69 and sells for 4.59 in the neighbouring shop, Yogurt can was 2.99 and even waitrose does not sells it at this price. Peanut chilki was 1.99 and it sells for 1.25 else where with the jaggery burt during making process. I got some jowar for navratri and the grain were so so old that none of them sprouted. Please check the expiry date of frozen food as most of them are expired or about to expire.

I would describe the prices are day light robbery!
Shops in London got premium rate rent & rates and their prices are much cheaper than this shop.
This is a market stall and not even a proper shop and charges are like john lewis prices.
I would suggest travel to Harrow or Wembley and do your weekly shopping and you would save 10's of pounds even after your fuel cost.
