O2 Shop Bristol

I was looking for a new sim only contract. I went to Vodafone and waited two weeks for a ridiculous credit check and I failed because I am a no income student. Then I choose O2, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I got me new deal and SIM card ready at the same day, really efficient.

Last week i have received a text from o2 that my phone is there to collect and i happily went to collect my phone but unfortunately at that time my credit score wasn't enough but there was a nice lady/girl janina she is amazing she was so polite to me and even she extended the days for keeping my sell phone and today after long week wait i have got my phone just because of janina highly appreciate her service and her politeness she is a wonderful worker thank you janina for you amazing service highly recommended ♥

Welcoming and friendly staff. Travelled from Abergavenny and my sasmung flip4 was sorted and sent off for repair in a quick and helpful manner the same day. You can buy sim as well as phone also if you need phone they will give a contract with their sim

Very helpful - fully charged my phone while I went shopping. No drama just good service.

My husband wanted new phone - big numbers type, staff were patience with him lol we had a good laugh. Smile on everyone faces.

Went there yesterday as my wife’s newly bought O2 prepaid sim ( bought from a post office) was not connecting to internet. Earlier tried to resolve it with O2 customer service, didn’t workout.
The guy there checked and replaced the sim with new sim card!

Staff very friendly, understanding and helpfull. Nothing is too much to ask. I had occation to visit last week when my phone stopped working. A very knowledgeable young lady sorted it in no time at all and also gave me some good advice about other problems on the phone. We done O2.

Customer service is top notch, no much crowd and fancy environment. Located is a very easy place to locate.
