Went in today to ask if I could swap some trainers that were the wrong size that I got as a present but didn’t have a receipt, I didn’t hold out much hope in getting them changed but I spoke to the manager who was so accommodating, he offered to change them and as they didn’t have them in stock he ordered them for me with free delivery to my home address. What great customer service, much appreciated. Thankyou

Located in an ideal spot with good parking. They had a large selection of trainers and the staff were very helpful fetching different sizes. I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted.

Great day out Christmas shopping with my son ended of at JD Sports . Was a bit lost as I do a lot of shopping online, but there was a young man that was there very helpful on the department where trainer's are named Liam, and very well mannered and polite . Went out of his way to help me . Told his manager how good and helpful he is .
