Nike Factory Store Manchester Fort

Located in an ideal spot with good free parking. They had a large selection of trainers with 30% off and Nike T shirt 50% off etc. Staff were very helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted.👍

Some great deals on trainers. But can be a pain when others don't put the sizes back in correct place, so it's always worth looking in the section that isn't your size as the do get mixed up. Iv found a good bargain a few times looking in all size sections.

The Manager of the store is welcoming and understands the problem and solves it. but the staff needs to be trained in customer service, policies of the company, and behaviour towards customers.

Getting ready for football club used to be a struggle with my son who has additional needs, especially when he goes to football clubs around 4 to 5 times a week. Putting the foot in the shoe due to lack of strength in his hand and fingers and making shoelaces are beyond his understanding. With these shoes, he is one more step closer to being independent. Nike made it comfortable for millions of people with disability and other needs. When I showed him first time and explain how it works, only word came out of him was "Finally!". He loved the strap idea and the back of the shoe where it can bend and open the heel which makes a lot easier to put the shoes on, plus the availability of the colours is amazing, loved it in bright blue.

Went into Nike Factory Store at the Fort in Manchester having just been into JD Sports next door first. At JD Sports, I received zero service. I just about got a shoe if I asked but feeling like I was interrupting the staff's chatting. I was discussing with my husband how i understood the death of retail if that was the level of service we could expect (I'd experienced the same service at a different branch of JD Sports a few weeks ago). Feeling quite negative, we walked into the Nike Factory expecting similar service. Amazingly, a member of staff named Nizar immediately asked how he could help and spent probably an hour with us, patiently and with a constant smile on his face. He suggested, and advised us, on different shoes, found them for us promptly and assisted me with putting them on. Well done, Nizar! You have restored my faith in retail!! Nike, this man deserves a pay rise!

Wow! What an amazing experience. When I went to the store last week, I was helped by two excellent staff members who were incredibly helpful in helping me find a new nike tracksuit. They were Casey and Emmanuella, I think. Would most certainly return :)
