I've been here more than a couple of times for one reason or another throughout the years.

A whole lot hasn't changed in general to be honest but they have a large range in what you'd expect from a electrical retailer from both sides.

The place itself is located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park' which caters to other branded stores BUT one note to mention, you can only park here for 75 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of these stores, you can tell the store to put you on the list that excludes you from a fine if you've spent more than the allocated time given here.

Staff have always been helpful when asked.

Isn't a bad place to shop if you want to see a certain product in person.

The store was severely understaffed and every staff member was busy. I waited at least 40 mins to be seen too. Service by the customer service staff was average but I'm giving a 5 star review for the exceptional service I received by one of the managers Stewart. He helped me on two occasions and nothing seemed like too much to ask.
If head office is reading this, then give Stewart a good damn payrise will ya!

Customer service at this Branch is very good. Assistance was good as despite them being situated in a certain area of the store, they were still willing to help in other areas.

Really good customer service. Ish helped us. He knew everything off the top of his head. Showed us the high end tv’s with the best deals. Really happy with the friendly service

The best customer service experience ever had in a currys. Sales guy Lebib was really good at his job and was very knowledgeable.
Shame, couldn’t purchase the pc i wanted as wasn’t in stock.

The staff member that delt with me and my daughter was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products we was going to purchase.

Good parking but make sure you park in the lines as you will get ticket in your car ..... other than that been here once and fella was helpful

Staff was very helpful, I didn't feel badger into buying anything. I was wanting advice on an apple mac. The man gave his honest opinion which I respect.

Great for recycling old electronics, and you get a voucher to spend in the shop.

I went to trade in my ipad and they had ran out of trade in sticker. Was told by the supervisor to go somewhere else as they can't trade in without the stickers. It took me half hour to get there and the next shop was half hour drive away. Its was the last day of the offer £100 extra trade in value. The really nice cashier man with long hair and glass whispered to me to ask the store manager for help as he walked pass. Which i did and explained my situation. He agreed to help and referred me to Mike. Mike went out of his way to find a solution, was very impressed by his knowledge of solving the problem. Left happy with the service i got.

A good place to get any kind of electronics and the workers were kindly friendly

Went to trade in my ipad and the staff went above and beyond. They had no more trade in stickers but they found a way to help me. Everyone there was really nice and helpful apart from one grumpy person think he was a section manager that told me to go somewhere else which was a 20mins drive.

Quite a wide array of electrical appliances to choose from.. Friendly staff too.Imran is one of them!

We were looking for a kettle and toaster to match. One lady asked us if we are fine and we said that we are looking around and she left. Then a second lady approached us and started to ask what we are looking for and if she can help us. She listened to our needs and tried her best to find online what we need as they were not available in store. Her pacience was just what we needed as we were with our baby. She found online what we were looking for and gave us the choice to have it next day delivered or to collect in store. I found the experience amazing, thanks to her. Unfortunately, I don't know her name but she was wearing braces.
She made our experience so easy and with no hassle. Well done to her.

The Sales Advisor Mayur is excellent at what he does, he was very helpful, polite and professional. Curry's needs more people like him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went looking for a large fridge freezer saw the one I liked will go back as its the cheapest place to buy from they had a good selection staff were very helpfull and friendly 😀
