B&M Store

The staff at B&M Charlton are really nice and friendly. The shop is a small one for the franchise but still has a lot in it. Occasionally kids seem to tear through the toy section but it is soon tidied. The store seems clean and organized. Good prices on many things too.

Has a good range of cupboard food, beauty products, cleaning products, home decor, DIY products, gifts and toys. Just have to be aware of how long you park your car for as its time limited.

Very quick! And speedy! At the checkout when packing items into a bag.

They sell very large bags for your big and bulky items which is good as we wasn't planning on buying loads of stuff!

Love this place to buy (literally) EVERYTHING .You can find the best cleaning products, groceries, home and home decorations, stationery and toys..I strongly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience this week as I saw a pink suitcase and I love pink but I was quite indecisive on if I should get it or not so I spoke to one of the Advisor Charlotte and she mention that she had bought the bigger size just a day before and she herself was also skeptical so she did her own research on price (which online cost more) and durability as it is a hard shell and she said she has not had any problem so far so with that said I bought it with no hesitation. It is so nice to speak to someone who has the same experience. Thank you Charlotte 😊

Good wide range of house hold products sold at reasonable prices. Regularly popping to see what bargains offers are available. Long queues at the till when it does get busy - best to shop early in the morning to avoid queues.

Amazing one stop place for all home needs. Toys quality is excellent. Home organizers are simply cheap and best. Lots of parking available as well. All other home essentials available at discount.

After going to Catford Store for an egg chair 5 times I decided to call Charlton

Very helpful man answered and said they had a couple. I told him I was on my way and he kindly held it for me for the time it took me to drive over. He also helped put it into my car and was so pleasant with it. Nice to get good customer service nowadays.
