Fantastic customer service from Andrew in the design / planning team. Looking for help in designing a kitchen Andrew booked me in for a next day appointment, no hard sell just really easy pleasant experience. Andrew took the time to make sure I knew all the options available then helped me design the perfect kitchen for the space I have available. Very impressed with his down to earth attitude and his attention to what I wanted not what was most expensive or on offer etc.

I've been here many times in the past, but today, when looking for a product, no one knew what I was on about. Ended up asking a wonderful gentleman called Wayne and can honestly say he was a wonderful man who knew exactly what I meant and where to find it and made sure he made sure I got the right part needed. Wayne you are a great man and goes to show that years on the tools and experience and knowledge are still needed.

A huge thank you to Reno in the bathroom department. He went above and beyound to help us sort out our bathroom design that had been totaly designed wrongly by a previous member of staff. He tripple checked everything, down to the last screw. Very lovely person who was very helpful, curtious, polite and reasuring. A credit it to your to your store.

Me and my mum came here last week to purchase some lights. When we asked for assistance we were helped by Russ who was helping out on the lighting area as his normal role is within the gardening department. Russ went above and beyond helping us and gave us lots of advice and really made us feel valued as a customer. Thank you so much Russ for your help 👌

I received exceptional service from Mark at the paint counter at the Cheetham Hil store on 14/10/23. He was very friendly, helpful and just wonderful. My husband and I are regular shoppers at this store, but this was the first time we met Mark. We will definitely be back in to see him again. He's a credit to your store.

Great store with lots of choice to get any job done. It also has a big garden centre to explore and a trade point. Sometimes the tills can get a little busy but that is understandable. There are lots of parking spaces and they are free as well. Well worth a visit.

We always find B&Q good for most of our needs. Useful online stock check is great as you can look if your items are there in advance and it will tell you where to find them. Saves a lot of time.

This is another big store where all household items are sold, all kind of Engineering tools are sold here, electrical fittings, plumbing fittings and accessories are sold here, interior design materials are sold here, any kind of building materials are sold here. It is a place to be when you are in Manchester city, B&Q Cheertham Hill has it all, it is your one stop shop for your Engineering tools, equipment, and building finishes.

Store has many options for kitchen and bathroom fittings as well as the usual DIY stuff.

Can get busy, but it is a large one. Check out can be quite slow despite self service. Easier to click and collect at times. Good stock of stuff.

Give that woman a promotion ! Hannah was a star today. I was about to walk out (despondent) because I couldn't find the vinyl I really needed to match the one I'd bought last week. She searched the in-store inventory, and realised it had 2 different bar-codes (one online and one in-store). Although I'd already been looking for 10 mins, she found it on the shelf for me, well hidden behind some other colours. She wasnt letting me go without my vinyl ! Great customer service. Chuffed to bits!

Good quality taps from good brand home but bit hard to put alone need more assistance before you purchase make sure have decent plumber

Products display are very easy to locate and identify. They also give discount on goods. Overall their customer service is top notch. I love B&Q

The DIY store that I always go to get things in Manchester along with everyone else. Always great to find everything here from paints, tools to lamps and bulbs. Kitchen replacement items are a bit less since they only stock their own brands. They could do with more home related item and a larger range of things. That would be quite amazing.

I am out of words. I am a support worker and working for supported person who gets seizures and needs fan, they went out of the way Louise and Jane and made my job easier as there was no fan but they looked and looked and tried to help me as much as they could. What a nice staff friendly and smilies and way too helpful. God bless you ladies.
