Called into store 13.10. 23 to buy a present but unfortunately l was advised by an assistant that it would only be available in the larger city store. She then offered to order it to be delivered to the Fort. It all took only 5 minutes. Fantastic service by Karen M. I have just had a text to say my order is ready.

Attended this morning needed course of antibiotics. The pharmacist did it is for me there and then literally took minutes. No wating around, no come back in 15 minutes as you would usually expect. Absolutely brilliant! Great work thank you!

Great store with friendly staff at a great location. There's always a lot of quality products on offer.

I collect my mother's prescription from Boots, I receive text messages when her medication is ready and the staff are always helpful. And if you do have any issues for some reason they are quick to get things resolved.

Always excellent service here at the Fort, pharmacy girls knowledgeable and professional, needed a decent painkiller today and the young lass who served me checked everything under the sun before handing them over which I was extremely impressed with and there's always someone around happy to show you where things are and not waving their arms in the general direction. Highly recommended

Very nice shop. It's got a great variety of products for nearly every age, gender and situation. I love it. All the products are of good quality and durability. I've also got a Boots Advantage Card and they give me a Student Discount of 10%, which is very cool.😍🥰😎🙂

The staff member I spoke with was very helpful. However the Boots in Chorlton was a huge disappointment. No make up or very little make up products on display ... not ideal. I left

I like browsing in the makeup 💄 dept here. Big choice, lots of variety. I have found the staff always very helpful. Trafford centre staff are really nice. Definitely recommend

Went buy some serum for my dehydrated skin from boots the young girl was very polite & helpful by helping me decide what treatment to get for my skin I went to pay for it & other staff was polite also the security guard was polite & chatty & making my daughter inlaws Niece laugh who 5 so thank you to all staff
