Today I had a great experience in Poundland Grays.
Have you ever felt truly valued as a customer and when you ask a question someone does super extra miles knowing exactly what you need without you even being able to explain. This wonderful lady, not only that she knows everything about every single product and I mean that, but she showed so much patience and readiness to help.
I can't find my words to express how CAROLE made my day. Thank you very much Poundland and 1000 stars for Carole.

Your usual poundland shop with plenty of bargains and little things you might need for personal or household use and as the name states, most products are £1, you might find some odd ones above the £1 mark. Social distancing rules are in place so don't forget your mask. You can find this shop in the Lakeside shopping centre on the ground floor 🙂👍🏻
