Just like shopping there quality products and friendly staff.

You have five stars because of one lady, Wendy she deserves the recognition of it too she will stop at nothing to help and will do her very very best for the customer and for the company and she should be a very valued member of any company she is understated member of staff I go to Iceland every other day and I will say when I see Wendy I know she will help me no end other members of staff are there but not as willing and your manager is a waist of time what an arrogant piece of work not got any time for customers passes you on to another member of staff ridiculous

Been shopping today and the shop looks great!!! There has definitely been some changes made within store. Shelves and freezers all full, new ranges added and looks so clean and fresh. People are quick to comment on shops for negative reasons but I want to do the opposite! Well done guys doing a fan job keep it up. And a big thumbs up to all the staff brill service thank you.

Great store, easy parking next to store. Great selection with competitive prices,
lots of bargains not available in other stores , worth a visit if you want to save money.

As ever with demand for food at a affordable price, I find Iceland always tries to make multi buying cheaper, I've shopped here for my favourites alot to stock up the freezer, also big daddy steaks are just lovely.

Very well stocked on daily necessities and fast foods, friendly and helpful staff, even the security staff are friendly

Iceland is exactly what it says 'Iceland'. Frozen foods here are excellent. Value for money, & quality all in one shop. Some great larder foods also, fruit, & vegetables etc. Overall excellent place to shop. 😎

I visit this particular branch of Iceland quite often as it's just a couple of minutes walk from my daughters home. When rating a single store of a company which has stores nationwide, it's often difficult to find something unique to one particular store as much of your experience will be uniform across the board. However, at the Lundwood store I'm pleased to say it does posess something unique. In this case it's the staff. I believe many of them are employed from the local area and, having lived and worked in Lunwood many years ago I can vouch for the areas residents being some of the friendliest, most helpful, approachable folk you'll find. When visiting yesterday it was no different. Like you're shopping at a family run business rather than a multi-million pound company with thousands of stores nationwide. The store is clean, well laid out, cheap without sacrificing quality, well run, welcoming and long opening hours. I can't fault it so be sure to call in if you're passing. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong at this particular store.
