Often pop in here when visiting Nantwich. I know it well.

Handy for a short walk from the canal at Marsh Lane.

Brilliant shop and SO near the canal! Weve been travelling this way for 20 years and going to the big Morrisons, but the heat and our age means that this shop will be our future stop!👍 By the way, the staff were polite, we got reduced food and a receipt without even asking!👍

On multiple occasions have purchased items that have been off. Milk that had gone sour a couple of times and chicken that smelled rotten numerous times. Only really happened since Safeway have taken over to be fair.

Items "on offer" at a discounted price aren't actually discounted when you get to the till. I've had this several times now and it never gets resolved. False advertising. And the fridges seem to warm up the drinks rather than cool them? Terrible shop.

Disgraceful. I had gotten into the shop minding my own business and me and my boyfriend had bought drinks. Shortly after, we had gone to meet his friend and to my suprise she had told me the boy in the shop that served us texted her saying that she was fuming. I had no clue why! It came to it and we had to go back into the shop. Whilst we was being served i seen the boy with purple hair that was serving us and he was pulling faces to my boyfriends friend. at this point i felt uncomfortable. as we walked out we exchanged looks and he smiled at me. As we was gettin further from the shop My boyfriends friend got another message from the boy ,which was serving us, saying something along the lines of “if he looks at me like that again i am going to nut him” i was honestly shocked and although thought i should of handled it better i had texted and retaliated in a manner that reflected his. however , i still think that behaviour like that is disgusting from a buisness and honestly i feel as if someone deserves a disciplinary or something because it’s awful. I am not from round here and as i got home it was brought to my attention that he had also said that “i have never wanted to punch someone more”. Not only that he Said what he said in the first place about “nutting me” (Punching me) but the fact he was on his phone during work hours. Considering that i am 16 i think it’s vile behaviour! Completely and utterly unacceptable. This worker is called Matthew. He has purple hair and if i recall correctly i think he has piercings.

It's handy to avoid the walk into town from the canal, but the prices are outrageous - £1.19 for a can of tinned tomatoes? Really? Indifferent service and no question of offering a receipt, just a glare to fill the pause while I waited for one..

I have purchased milk numerous times, only to find it is off.
I have got to the stage now of not returning with it and not buying milk from here.
Obviously there's either an issue with the fridges or the milk not being chilled in transport.
Please sort, before someone is ill.
I fact will report to health and hygiene.
