I came here yesterday morning to try and fix some toys that the website failed to deliver. Unfortunately unable to see a great selection in store, but the staff made up for this with the help, and knowledge.

Very helpful staff and plenty of stock. Shout out to Gabriel who went above and beyond trying to find some toys for us!

Very good manager. She dropped some bits and my little girl helped pick them up and give them back to the manager. The manager was brilliant. She made a big deal and and big thank u to my little girl. She was so happy and proud of herself for being nice. The manager then gave her some stickers and said thank u again. Good toy shop. Can be a bit expensive

It's great to have a toy store in the heart of Cambridge, so we can walk into it and no need to drive your car and add to the pollution issue. I hope they'll keep it open as the rest of the Grafton.

Huge range of toys. Something for everyone here. Prices are quite low too, unexpectedly. My three ran around like they had hit Jack pot. My little one said she never wanted to leave, lulz

This place is brilliant. It has so many bargain toys and games in stock that you're bound to find something your child will like. The staff are lovely and friendly and the place is packed with merchandise. Would recommend a visit.

Plenty of different items available, many offers and all many different brands and age ranges. You're bound to find something good in there and without breaking the bank. Staff were really friendly too.

This is located in the Graften Center. It benefits from being inside so your not bothered by the weather. There is a large car park with a dedicated level for disabled parking. Parking is rather expensive that rises to £15 when you have been there for four hours however blue badge holders do get three hours free.
The store itself is well set out making it easy going for wheelchair users and offering a large selection of toys at very competitive prices. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help. Being located in the Graften shopping center there is many places to stop for lunch and there is also accessable toilets.

Popped in and found a nice selection of lovely toys for most ages. Got 6 month old toys and a 9 year old toys.
Good customer service too.

Cambridge is very poor for choice in toy shops. But this one is amazing.
Most brands and all popular lines are stocked here.

Excellent toy shop with toys that make me feel young again. Good prices,good staff a bit manic but this is due to their succes

Took grand daughter in here had job getting her out brought couple of things reduced alot so was very pleased
