Megan was a huge help, spent a long time trying to solve my issue and eventually got there! Was diligent and friendly - truly excellent customer service that I haven't seen for a long time.

Will definitely be back, much better than competitors.

What a great service! I had no idea how I was going to sort out a dual gang dimmer switch as the old one had been made especially for my installation. Andy and trainee Carol were excellent, happy to help and make suggestions. I ended up with a perfect solution to my problem and it even saved me money!!

Came in with an unusual request after my van blew a coolant hose , 300 miles from home, I needed a particular section of rubber hose , one of your staff a gentleman maybe early 40s , couldn’t have been more helpful…. Searched the shelves for a hose for me that would fit and was a similar internal diameter and even filled a bucket of water for me, he really went the extra mile for me… this after euro car parts across the road who obviously specialise in car parts were totally unhelpful and quick to send me on my way….. Screwfix got me back home in one peice. Thank you 🙏

Very rarely is the service anything other than quick. Friendly staff. Stock levels are usually very good here. It depends what you're after but out of around 20 visits I've only needed to order for next day collection in store once.

Very efficient. Seemed as if there were quite a few customers but the staff were very quick at getting orders sorted. The area was very clean and well maintained. I foolishly forgot to pick up my photo ID but another customer quickly caught up with me and handed it over. Very kind

I popped in here the other day to cancel a collection order and obtain a refund and was met by a charming lady, Zlata, who not only obliged me but also made the whole process easy and quick. Thanks

Large array of items available, ability to order online and collect in store.
Staff always willing to help if the product you want isn't in store and they'll check the other locations for you.
Great, competitive prices which are cheaper than rivals alot of the time.
Opening hours suit all and even open on a Sunday!

I have been to other screwfix in and around London. They are really nice, friendly and knowledgeable but this one beats all others. I am amazed by their customer service. It's second to none. How on earth they are buzzing with excitement while selling monotonous stuffs like hardware. They go out of the way to help even if the purchase amount is meagre (less than 10 pounds). 5 star is too little to rate their service.

Excellent !! Had everything I needed for the small plumbing job I was doing. Whilst waiting for the colleague to pick the items ?? there's a vast array of odds and sod's that you just know will come in handy at some point just by the till's

Grate customer service, was my 1st time in a screwfix and had forgot to click ready for collect but staff (beleave she was a manager) was very helpful and realy friendly and understanding.
