Was looking for advice on kitchen taps and other parts and was so lucky to be advised by Chloe, fantastic customer service, a credit to the company, so helpfully.

Called into Screwfix yesterday looking for a few bits to complete a job. I spoke with Chris from the trade counter his knowledge was exceptional, one item was out of stock and he quickly suggested an alternative. I have been using Screwfix Paisley for my Handyman business for years and every staff member has always provided me with excellent service.

Went inside today to buy an Internet connector wire, the man behind the counter is a credit to this company, excellent manners and helped us with exactly what we needed, the wire he took the time to look for was a perfect fit for what we needed, they allowed me to take my dog inside the store to which the staff petted, thankyou for being so kind.

Staff are always helpful in-store. Very easy to order and collect online, even specialist items are delivered next day. Been using them for years without any issues.

The service is 1 t 1 customer support. Everytime I shop there they are amazing. They are as cheap as other DIY stores and sometimes cheaper. I would even pay a little more as their returns policy is clear and they hold a record ird of your purchase. 100% for this organisation

Always been good service here. Disabled parking always used by no badge cars, but usually there are spaces nearby. Access to the shop itself is ok and I always get an acknowledgement when I get in even if I don’t get served for a few minutes.
Very large selection of materials, and huge stocks. Take the catalogue number with you, or browse the pages when you get there it’s up to you. Don’t forget you can click and collect as well. Any which way you use it if you are a DIY or Trade person Screwfix will have something you need.

Click & collect only at the moment so make sure to order online before you go. 5 mins in queue, need last 4 numbers of both your order number and credit card. Goods waiting behind counter.

Busy place, great prices, served quickly and efficiently.
Only downside is there really isn't much spare to park.
When its busy you'll not get a space.

Used Screw fix a few times, always polite and friendly and helpful

Went to screw fix Paisley today looking for screws for my tv stand, the member of staff was very helpful . He was confident that screw he sold me were the ones I wanted. Got home and 10 minutes later the stand was fixed.

Today was amazing when to screwfix in Greenhill Road paisley and was served by a lovely lady called Aileen. l explained l have some learning difficulties and nead help with sizes for what l needs and how many she did it all for me and we didn't not rush. This girl is amazing thanks Aileen.

Staff were very helpful with our purchase.
