Bought the Night cage board game from there website. Arrived promptly and fast with frequent online updates regarding my order that arrived in pristine condition. Fantastic shop and service from Toyville, I look forward to visiting in the near future.

Excellent online service

There are now two Toyville shops on North Street since late November 2021 when the games and toys for older children/ adults moved to the old Storysmith shop along the road. The original shop, at the Bedminster end of North Street, is still there with toys for babies and toddlers as well as cuddly toys.

One of my favourite shops in all of Bristol. This charming independent shop stocks an expertly curated selection of lovely high quality children's toys, crafting supplies and trading cards. There is also a specialist section of board games for families, enthusiasts and hard core geeks. The owners are outstandingly helpful and friendly, and the price tags on all of the stock are surprisingly reasonable. This is our family's go-to shop for anyone's birthday, and it never fails to deliver.

Lovely independent toy shop. A small shop but plenty packed into it. A good selection of quality toys at sensible prices. I bought a train here that was very similar price to Amazon and I would much rather support a local business. Will be popping in again soon! They also have a good loyalty scheme. #shoplocal

My girlfriend and I were passing by and accidentally found this shop on the 15th of August. Whoever was working that day was very helpful (sorry we didn't catch your name), let us play afew games inside the shop and helped us with the rules. Would recommend this shop very much. Thank you

Great customer service and easy to use website. I bought 3 Duncan serpent puzzles which arrived well packaged in a variety of colours with a hand written thankyou note which was a lovely touch!

Found a brilliant space game on their website and ordered it for my space mad grandsons 10th birthday and arranged for it to be delivered to their house (they live in Scotland and we live on the South coast ) I received confirmation of the order and then dispatch very quickly so was confident it would get to him in time for his birthday in 2 weeks, unfortunately Royal Mail had different ideas . I called the shop to check what had happened and spoke to an extremely pleasant lady who arranged for someone to call me once they had checked. Joel confirmed it had been sent and emailed me the tracking number and said he would also keep checking, unfortunately it still hadn't arrived and I emailed a few days before his birthday to see what my options were, Joel was so nice and arranged for another game to be sent 1st class so my grandson would get his present. Result, one Happy 10 year old, and one happy grandmother who was so pleased with the excellent customer service...well done all of you

Small shop with friendly, helpful staff and a nice selection of toys. A bit pricey but most of it is good quality - great for gifts.

Brilliant shop with some lovely toys for kids, and a good selection of board games too. I always go there when buying presents for kids because they will gift wrap for free and are very good for giving recommendations.
I recently ordered online for my nephews birthday and they worked out cheaper than Amazon, plus they were able to gift wrap it and send it directly to him!

I really love having a local toy shop that somehow manages to stock such a great range of products for all ages! Its my go to shop for all my friends’ children who will insist on having birthdays every year! I’ve also bought lots of board games for my 42 year old husband so far and he's loved every one!! I'm so impressed with your pricing too and I'd much rather support a local business than a big online conglomerate.
