The security man is lovely chap! I managed to misplace an AirPod whilst in the shop and left without realising. When I returned the security man recognised me and had kept my Airpod safe behind the counter. What a gent, thank you !

Round the corner and on the bus route. Good place to stock up your milk and bread. Not busy at any time of the day

4.3.2024 - Staff need training on Sainsburys return policy. Man refused to accept my return for unused item with receipt dated 3.3.2024. Customer Services said no reason for him not to accept.

Faulty cash point. I would simply like the £10 witheld from this sainsburys faulty cash point dispenser after attempting to withdraw £20.. the faulty dispenser held back £10 of my £20 withdrawal..
I have raised the discrepancy with my bank and would like a response from sainsbury to the concern of my refund or cash reimbursement..

I went to buy redbull which I always have bought and today when I went to buy two of them one of the workers there asked me for my id which I could have shown them via phone and the worker said it has to be physical which makes no sense. The legal age to buy redbull is 16+ so when the hell do I look under the age of 16 (which I know I don’t look that young and I’m 20 years old) so I find it ridiculous that when I try to show him some ID it has to be physical. Worst experience I have experience next time read on the age requirements for certain things.
