Bad customer service.
I was informed by UPS that the parcel was already delivered to the shop since it is a UPS collect point after it had "failed" to deliver to my home address. Shop assistant dismissed me and told me to come back in an hour with no valid reason. Shop assistant was extremely rude and abrasive in looking for my parcel despite me providing proof of delivery and tracking code and the shop was not busy or had many customers. I was disappointed by this service and have informed UPS not to have my items recieved there again.

Came to collect a parcel and left this shop in tears after being extremely offended by the person on the counter. My kid was supposedly touching a pack of sweets whilst I downloaded my order number (it took him 2 seconds to put it back down) and this guy started shouting and told us to leave as we were not welcomed there. If you're having a bad day close the shop and go home or maybe try channeling your anger differently rather than towards a lone woman and her kids... I am sure this would not have happened if I was a man. Aggressive and intimidating behaviour

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Misogynist staff/owner who mistreats women and children. Shouldn’t be allowed to run a business nor deal with people

I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude owner and terrible service.

said it’s open until 9 pm but i went there at 8 and was closed. hope they shut the business,m
