Good car parking easy access, good selection set out well not kept waiting even though busy,definitely recommend visit again

all tip top. ladies at the shop always helpful and smiling. well stocked with reasonable prices. access to local produce with dividend savings.

Unfortunately some of the staff seem as if they can't be bothered! One young lady standing behind the checkout, was more concerned about having a joke with a colleague than paying attention to her customers! And is it really necessary for the checkout operator to emulate an American McDonald's employee?? "Have a nice day"....... especially when it sounds so insincere! This is the only shop that is close to being a supermarket in Sutton Bridge, maybe the management should be reviewing staff training....?

Eye watering prices which you might expect at Motorway Services 😳 We only stopped because passing, next time I'll keep driving.

Prices alot higher than the supermarket coop. Asked why told this is a convenience store not supermarket. Thought the prices would be same as same company and supplier.

Attempted to use my staff discount partner card only to be told they don't accept them. Didn't even scan the card, flat out refused and ignored my questions. Not a good experience.
