Really good store, clean and tidy and the staff are full of knowledge and very friendly. I always feel like I can purchase anything with confidence there and I’ve not been let down yet! I fully recommend to anyone from beginner to regular uses. If you want to quite smoking then go there, I’ve not smoked in ages thanks to those guys! 👍

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, which makes navigating the many options available a genuine pleasure. The customer service is consistently exceptional across all the team. They stock top quality kit and a vast range of juices which they’re happy to let you try. I’d highly recommend paying them a visit.

In the several times I’ve visited this vape shop, I have always come out with exactly what I needed, probably the chillest guys I’ve ever met who were able to properly explain things which I had no clue about giving me all the information I needed to use my vape correctly, also sold me pods for the vape I needed which came in handy and sold me my VooPoo drag system, they also let me try the different liquids in the shop so I knew exactly which one I would like, both of the guys who run the shop are extreemly helpful and I will definitely be returning there for future purchases and information, for anyone looking to buy a vape or to get into vaping, I would highly suggest this shop. You’d be lucky to find one as great as this.

Fantastic shop. Really helpful and friendly and have a great quality and selection of products.
Introduced me to some new flavours as I had always just stuck to plain tabaco. Great that they have spare parts to repair as and when I might need. Highly reccomend.

Really nice to have a vape shop in Haslemere at last. Staff were really friendly and helpful, got what I needed and more, even fixed my MOD without trying to sell me a new one and didn't charge me. Trying the liquids was awesome too. Can't fault them, excellent customer service, I shall return!

Fantastic!! Lovely to chat with, knowledgable, incredibly helpful, patient and well stocked. Also managed to help reduce my nicotine intake, so effective too! Lovely crew. If you’re thinking about jumping off the cigarette wagon… these guys will make it easier.

Absolutely brilliant shop I went in on Saturday and the two lads working could not do enough to help out. They knew the products and offered sound advice plenty of choices and good prices also 👌 I will be using these guys from now on as my go to vape shop without question 🙌 I got a new mod box and some new build your own coils along with all the stuff I needed the NORSE juice is absolutely brilliant

Today they were very helpful they were able to fix my vape with no charge and were generous with letting us try different liquids to find the flavours we wished to have. Such friendly workers in there as well.

Popped into the store to have a look/chat about getting a vape to stop snoking. Was very impressed with the knowledge and how helpful the team are. They pointed out to me all the options available and what strength liquid to use. Walked out a very happy customer with all the kit I needed to get started. Still trying the different liquids at the moment to find the right one for me. Great friendly staff.

Like Connie before me I brought a Drag X, it's a nicely priced model. Chris was really helpful selecting it, explaining how it worked and throwing in parts and freebies to get it all set up.

I've vaped before but did so without advice on what to buy and ended up wasting my money, this time with help from Chris I have a great set up to use!

Went in today looking for a vape kit after trying a disposable vape the other day. David chatted to me for a good 25 minutes answering all my questions and helping sort me out with a great deal and was very friendly. Cracking service and a great place for disposable vapes, vape kits, components and liquids. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back for more

The guy was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products that are on offer. I bought 3 vapes today and will definitely be using them again. Very professional and friendly.

I’m new to the vape scene and having had poor advice/service from previous stores so I went to VapER+ for help and advice. Manager Chris and David were absolutely brilliant giving friendly and knowledgeable advice, no rubbish sales blurb just helpful pointers resulting in a perfect vape for me. I can’t fault the shop either it was clean, crisp and well presented presented. It’s a 5* shop!

Im new to the vape scene and previously purchased a nice new vape from another shop but wasn’t given any information regarding the proper use or correct juice to use. I popped into vapER just to have a look about to possibly buy one more for my girlfriend, the shop was very well laid out and clearly showed all products, even from the roadside you can see all the options available. Got talking the Chris the owner of VapER and I explained that I’m new to vaping and so on…… Chris asked me a few questions and we both realised I didn’t know much at all!!! He then took me to the beginning and explained everything I needed to know about what type of vape I had, what types of vapes that are out there and how they all work, he then too me on a journey of many different flavours around his shop. The information was exactly what I needed. I left there with another vape, more flavours and a better understanding of how to use my vapes and enjoy them more! Definitely recommend popping in to see them even if your a pro vaper just for the atmosphere.

Love this place! Previously an avid customer of the Guildford branch, delighted to have them in Haslemere now! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful... all in all, a dangerous place to be on pay day 😂
