Went there today for gas and electricity. The lack of customer service was appalling. Was spoken to extremely rudely by the person staffing the counter. Would absolutely never use this shop again!

People should be careful when making payments with your bank card in this shop,I was bill twice and I realized that when I came out of the shop,they have no customer service skills,they were not honest and lack of resolution.

I brought a vape today from this store I had it for less then 6 hours before it went faulty and went extremely hot and smoking I took it back and asked for a replacement or refund and got told rudely I’ll have to wait for a manager i questioned him about this and then got told to stop shouting at him when I was calm and pleasant terrible customer service by him verry upset

Cqll yourself a business, what by deceiving and thieving off my 88 year old mum when she topped up her gas card for £40 only putting £20 on, not the first person apparently having spoken to others, vile waste of space 😡🤬🤬🤬
