Excellent service, staff very helpful.

They were very helpful. I went without a pound coin for the trolley. (In normal times I go to Loughton where you don't need a pound coin). I spoke to a young lady at the counter and told her. She was so kind and gave me a coin so I could get my shopping. When I put the trolley back I found her and gave it back to her. I was really pleased that she trusted me to bring it back.

Good place for shopping.

No changes fir the past few years. Paid parking is cheap if you are going to be quick. Stock is abundant. Self checkout tills have increased. Bueno!

Good parking. Well laid out store Wide range of foods including cooked on premises and bakery.
ATM cash machine. Paypoint. Credit/debit cards accepted. Gluten free range.
WiFi available. Nectar points given. Disabled parking spaces. Flowers and plants sold.
Normally quicker to self checkout on machine than queue for cashier when busy.

A lot smaller than the old store. Parking can be an issue too. Staff are good and shelves are always full. Good stop for essentials. Not family shop friendly though.

It's a good supermarket

A modern well stocked, pleasant store of a reasonable size with a small car park (parking, time restricted). Very close to Debden underground station. A good selection of most items. Friendly, helpful staff.

Such a nice store with a super friendly staff ... considering the current situation I feel safe and the store is just the right size not to feel too big and crowded but big enough to have everything you could need ... thank you

A good small store and perfectly located for work places nearby. The store has a good choice of food, drinks and even a hot food counter. Quite busy between about midday and 2pm with local business staff stopping in for lunch.

Very nice neat and warm. All the items they sell are within reach. Not so expensive. The workers are very cheerful respective and neat.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Could do with more staff on checkouts at busy times, otherwise great.

Nice little store, a little larger than a "local", will have 99% of what you need. Best of all though when I was there last Sunday was the SERIOUSLY HOT HOT HOT 🔥 young lady on the cooked chicken and pizza counter !

Got three meal deals and was alowed to mix and match although the boy didn't tell us that he just stood there and watched us picking from the wrong section but was helpful when we asked

Great little Sainsbury's. Quite well equipped for people who want to buy some lunch during work hours. Has all the basics, staff are nice and it gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend it for a weekly home shop because the selection is limited, you would have to go Aldi nearby for that. When the need to go Sainsbury's arises, you won't be hungry.

Nice place to get wide range of products more than our expectations of a medium-sized store. Staff always helpful.
