Homebase - Dunfermline

Been to homebase alot lately. Shame they don't have a loyalty card. Anyway. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The shop is easy to navigate around. It's also very clean and tidy. There's plenty of space to wheel a wheel chair around. Plenty of parking. Located on ground level.

Loads of discounts on at present,I read they are changing their selling areas and moving in to groceries food etc,which is a good thing adds a bit more scope for shoppers and the more wide competition the better

Had a challenge with a product I had purchased from here. Went on to give feedback and within 15 minutes the issue was resolved by James in store. Have used this store for over 23 years without any issues and it's great to know that if anything isn't 100% right the team in there do their upmost to rectify it. Thank you James for your rapid response 👏👏

Bought some anti mould paint and some furniture paint here. Not much to say except that it seems to be working and the click and collect order process was very quick. Not a great photo - but this was the paint and it applied well

Nice store to wander around and browse for home and garden improvement items. Everything you will need for your home at reasonable prices. There are usually bargains to be had too, just look out for them. The staff were polite, professional and well presented. There are customer toilets available.

Very reliable whenever I need them they are there and been like that for over 30 years would not consider anyone else

Currently keep an eye on seasonal products specials, good to stock up for spring on things like fertilizer and some tools.

Homebase served me well. I was upgrading the illumination systems for her indoors. Who knew her illumination devices used such a wide variety of fitments? Luckily Homebase catered for my every need, they had every shape, size and type of bulb available. And the staff were super friendly too, can't fault them. Her indoors was well chuffed with her new illuminations, it was like a light being turned on!

Derek has been the most selfless and professional person I have met. He designed my dream kitchen with such detail. Both myself and my parents have been beyond impressed and grateful. He has gone above and beyond for me. Thank you so much. I wish there were more people like yourself Derek.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had an issue with a click and collect order and they helped sort it out for me. They also highly recommended one of the additional items I purchased from their own personal experience. (I am sure they would have told me if it wasn't such a positive product experience too! 😉)

Always friendly and helpful. If you're walking around the store looking for something without a clue as to where to find it, and determined not to ask (as men do) they can spot you and will take you to where you need to be. True.

Homebase is an absolutely wonderful store if you are looking for anything to do with DIY or just something for your garden or even a simple item like a lamp, then this is the place for you my friend. The staff here are some of the best people I've ever met. I love any excuse to come here and blow a healthy wad on luxurious household items
