I’ve had three emergencies in the last six months, all around kid’s school clothes. Every-time I go into Next Colchester they move heaven and earth to help. The girls are lovely and I can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service. First class!!!!

Staff are always really helpful and friendly, never have any issues if I need to order or return an item. Their selection of men’s clothes is good too.

Good sized Next Home outlet on two floors doubling not only the stock choice but the availability too. You can pick up your online order here too. The stock on display ranges from furniture to candles with ornaments and kitchenware too. Bedding is plentiful in choice along with actual beds too!
There is a lift available too if you find either escalators or stairs a challenge.

The stock is arranged by category so easy to navigate to where your chosen item may be. There is always a good seasonal selection and that is especially true with Christmas with trees, ornaments etc on display. Not only is this a Next Home outlet however it is also a full blown Next store with Women's, mens and a vast variety and choice of children's clothing and accessories too from birth upwards.

Parking is very ample and free with many disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces too.

Clean, plenty of choice and excellent friendly staff. The prices were good for central London and my wife easily found something to wear.

Went for a specific piece of furniture, didn't have it on show so came away without buying anything.

Dropped katie and her mother off to drop off or pick up a parcel, they were in and out in a couple minutes so 5 star
