Had an issue with a parcel and Kathy helped me deal with this quickly and efficiently, she was polite, patient and wonderful. Lovely staff members :)

Unpleasant visit to morrisons in Sudbury. Woman embarrased myself and my partner. In all fairness I apologised several times the fact that I used a cup that had straws in it but the lady on the till at the time was vocal about not asking a staff member for assistance when there was no sign to say we should. I personally havent been in since the iceblast machine was placed there and my partner isnt from the area. Pulling us to one side and talking to us like adults would have been the respectful way to do it. I don't know what cracked her cornflakes but doesnt give her the right to make other people have bad experiences in the shop.
