This has been my local shop for nearly 2 years now, both the young fellas and the young lady are kind, polite and helpful, sometimes they don't look the happiest but who does at 7-8am in the morning? Good nice people who are informative and friendly, one of the lads really knows his stuff when it comes to his products and where they come from so fairplay to all 3 of them cus they make me and my gf feel welcome everyday

It's a good corner shop but £3 minimum? Why?! Anyway my experience from there was good. The person on the counter is ok and respectful. On the other hand i remember making my first purchase atvthevshop and the lady was asking what happened to my hands, i wasn't bothered answering it. So yeah.

Situated on the corner of Earls Court Road (Harborne) and Court Oak Road, facing the beautiful Queens Park .
There's a Post Box right by the entrance and a purpose built wheelchair ramp. An indoor ATM and the usual convenience store products.
Unfortunately a very disappointing customer service event leads me to a 3 Star rating. I hope you enjoy your visits more than I have.

They are a click and collect location for eBay but they have now rejected delivery on 3 of my orders meaning I have the hassle of trying to get sellers to resend as well as the delay.
If they don't want to be a click and collect location they should talk to eBay and take their name off the list.

Lady behind the counter absolutely vile so rude and miserable. Doesn’t answer your questions and tries to rip you off. Worst bloody shop in Birmingham

Do not let the young girl in this shop serve you or take your card off you she will rip you off and deny it she's rude and very good and nasty person she don't deserve to work there she should get the sack so if you do shopping in this store don't let the young girl take your money off you and check your change before you leave the shop and check your transactions
I would not recommend this local store for nobody or anybody that leaves close to this area of this shop the young girl is a thief and always will be

SO RUDE! When being served by a member of staff, literally not a word came out of their mouth. I said hello then asked a question, it was completely ignored, my goods were taken from me and receipt just shown to me, expecting me to just take it from them. Really bad attitude, as if I was putting them out by being their customer. So strange and not the first time I've left this place feeling annoyed so I won't be returning.

The lady who served me today was rude and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service! When speaking to customers, get off the flaming phone!!
I went in to collect my Very orders from the store but due to some receipt printing issues, the lady refused to hand over my parcels ( which I can understand because it's part of the process). However when Collect Plus trying to resolve the issue and asked to speak to the store keeper (rude lady) she screamed at me and the Collect Plus advisor, I don't want to speak to them and your parcels has been hogging up my space for 2 weeks! I was given 2 weeks time frame to pick up my parcels and I think she forgot Very pay them for that service (cheeky cow)!
She only released my parcels after the Collect Plus manager escalated this issue to her manager but I didn't even receive an apology from her!
Well it's a family business, I doubt anything was done after the complaint!
Any companies looking to use this store for collection service, please think twice as they will only upset your customers!!
The lady at the Nisa Store, please learn some manners and Customer skills because you are rubbish!!

Doubled their prices on chopped tomatoes and refusing to waiver their minimum card transaction fee so I had to pay cash. Greedy and selfish little people...
