Fantastic price, friendly staff especially the trade team who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant friendly experience
They do need a lesson on how to make coffee, but this does detract from the experience

After previously placing a negative review I have managed to visit here a few times and thought I'd rethink my initial rating. Maybe the guy who caused the initial bad impression was just having a tough day, but on the whole people there are nice and helpful. 👍

Great prices ( better than some well know big retailers) and choices.
Localisation is easy to find with enought parking space.
All staff are friendly but I must give extra praise for Ben.
He is always willing to help, patiently with smile on, any time of the day, even 5 minutes before closing down. His knowledge is amazing, much better than manager ( I know , I asked manager for advice once and got wrong thing, but Ben sorted it out and found me the right one ) and he wont give up till he find the resolutions to your problems. Brilliant .

Very helpful and prepared. I asked them if they knew where I could find masonry bull nosed tiles. They gave me a few places to look for them. No luck there but having a starting place to look helped. Sourced them elsewhere, but great service never the less.
