Obsessed with our flooring! Managed to fit us in before Christmas which was perfect and the flooring looks amazing. Fitter Mark was amazing too.

We have used The Floor Store for many years now in fact, our house has had carpets fitted in every room. The team always go out of their way to help as much as they can, even allowing us to take the carpet samples home, just to check on colour schemes etc.
The carpet fitters have always, been very polite, friendly and most importantly done a very professional job.
We will always go back to Floor Store because, of the great friendly service they have always provided.
We would certainly recommend Floor Store for good quality carpets etc and a good price.

Brilliant experience from beginning to end! The staff in store were really knowledgable, helpful and patient when we were struggling to make our minds up and had to delay. We were able to get a sample of the binding we were considering for our stair runner and this really helped us make up our mind. Our fitter Alan was really friendly and did a great job fitting our stair runner and carpet across our landing and two bedrooms. Great price and high quality service and product - would 100% recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. From the welcoming and helpful service of the colleagues at my initial visit, allowing me to take some samples home to ensure we got the perfect flooring for our bathrooms right through to ordering and even the fitting guys were very friendly and helpful. I even got a courtesy call the day after fitting to check we were happy. LoCost Carpets were recommended to me by a good friend and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Helping to choose the right carpet through to the fitting. The staff at the shop were eager to help. The carpet is lovely to walk on, and the vinyl in the kitchen is springy and very comfortable to stand on.
