Big and spacious with plenty of parking. Large plant section outside but strange mix of plants.
Oddly a fair amount of Farrow and Ball paint reduced in telhe paint aisle.

We purchased a kitchen from homebase. From start to finish Mark Lenton was brilliant he couldn't do enough to help us he explained everything to us he was very helpful.
Any questions we had we emailed him and mark answered straight away.
We went other places for a kitchen but went back to homebase. We would highly recommend homebase.

Always get what you want here. Offers advertised and they actually stock them unlike most of the other big diy stores where you have to order online. Nice staff too.

Well stocked store . Had everything we went for. A tad more expensive than another store selling identical items (potting compost plant food and weedkiller) Free limited time parking on site. Automatic doors handy for trolleys buggies and wheelchairs.

Loads of parking, layout isn't the best but easy enough flat access for disabled users.

Signage could be better for the 2 hours free parking, but I don't think it'll affect most people shopping there overstaying.

Store was bright and plenty of space to get around and the staff were pleasant and eager to help.

Currently have a Xmas sale as of writing this, but they managed to keep everything tidy and well presented.

Very positive plenty of choice good quality items worth the price and a good goto for your household needs

Not been here for over 20years since I worked in the area , I must say that I really enjoyed the experience, loads of choice & fantastic prices, staff all very helpful

Got everything we went for some good sale items

Phoned initially to check on availability of some fence paint. Dealt with by Ian who was extremely helpful and put aside the stock for us. Went to collect the same day and the staff in store are also really helpful and cheerful. Plenty of parking and a tidy store with a large range of product.

Well laid out store I was able to find everything I needed and the prices are good

I hate DIY, but the fantastic customer service from Ian and Steve helped relieve the stress today.
Only a small purchase, regarding a leaky tap, but they couldn't have been more helpful in making sure I had the correct items at the cheapest price.
Very impressed with their attitude and manner.

If you like homes and gardens this place is pretty decent for your needs. Always has what I need.

This is made better by friendly helpful staff members. When I've asked a question they've always done their best to advise. They are also sincere about products and not purely about selling. Great customer service always wins out.
