I have ordered two times in a row.. their packing is best never seen any other shop to deliver product with good packing and timely delivery too .

Ordered for the 1st time and experience is very good. Reasonable rates and timely delivery. All items were carefully packed. Really liked their service.

Ordered a few things for the first time from Lakshmi stores and wasn't too sure what to expect. But I wasn't disappointed! They didn't have something I ordered in stock but I got a call from the shop and they offered me a few alternatives. I got my order the next day. Packaged very well (maybe too well) but all items came in a very good condition and better than expected. Prices are competitive too, plus a wide range of products. Haven't ordered anything fresh or frozen but I definitively will next time. Thank you!

My first shopping with Lakshmi stores, and delivery and packaging was brilliant. All festive needs were in 1 box , my 15 year old Son was able to arrange and do pooja , because of all the needed items provided . Its simple and very amazing way to enjoy our festivals .

Great communication and service. We needed banana leaves for an important event and we had a short timescale. Lakshmi Stores answered the enquiry, checked and confirmed they could deliver in time, and the items arrived on the day we asked for.

Sea food and green leafy vegetables were so fresh , neatly packed and delivered on time. Enjoyed Indian king fish after a long time! Customer service was excellent !!

Lakshmi Stores is where we would buy our South Indian groceries most of the time. I should say they have everything that we need. Especially during festival times like Diwali and Pongal we can get our items as a package. Would recommend Lakshmi Stores to my friends always to buy in online.

Few things I would like to Highlight in here
Packaging: they always pack things with extra care like if you are buying any glass items or food items that comes in bottle they will do extra bubble wrap packing to avoid any shipping breaks.

Delivery: From Midlands to down south where I live takes maximum 2 days for me to get the items in my hand via DPD never had any issues with it. I also remember I have some problem with this DPD company as the items were delayed in getting delivered, my sea food items were rotten on day but Lakshmi Stores took some extra care in sending those items prompty next time.

Customer Service: They always a whats app chat to quickly respond to your queries and their contact numbers will always be available. They always had a polite customer service to me no complaints.

Cost: When compared to other onilne Indian groceries I would prefer to buy it from Lakshmi Stores as it is bit cheaper when compared to the others.

Overall Lakshmi Stores is fulfilled and satisfied service where you can get all your Indian items.

This store was the only place I could find the product I was after (Sakthi lemon rice powder) and it was reasonably priced just shipping was a bit much but I did not mind paying for something I needed. Prompt delivery as well and easy to purchase. Thank you

Lakshmi stores...as always packing of groceries were very good especially paneer came with ice bag tooo to preserve its freshness... definitely recommend to everyone who are looking for Indian groceries.
