Little Waitrose & Partners

I use this local Branch regularly. I felt compelled to share a review today because each time I visit l witness such professional, efficient and exceptional empathic kindness from the Partners to all the customers.
They seem to be aware that, for some, it may be their only social interaction that day.
The Branch has created a good atmosphere and is always clean and well-stocked. Thank you.

Best supermarket for flowers and flower plants

A well organised small store. I would not do a main shop there but for a day or two's food it is excellent. Everything looks fresh and clean. Lots of self service check-outs too plus a manned till. Also someone on the door checking masks.

A very friendly little store. I am just a visitor in the area but always like to pop in. They are a few super markets in Muswell Hill but their opening times, especially on Sunday is limited. Also Little Waitrose will have a specific and organic products which you won't find in other shops, for example I wanted 100% organic maple syrup. M&S didn't have it. Sainsbury's didn't but Little Waitrose had, considering that is much more smaller a space wise. 5 stars to Dianne and her positive energy!

I regularly stop by at Waitrose on my from work. Every time, I'm pleasantly surprised by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff there. The other day, I was struggling with my self-service checkout machine - it kept double scanning the items as I would try to put them in my bag. Twice, I called this lady Doriel to help me. Each time, she patiently came and helped me. When I apologised, she smiled and gently said, 'it's not your fault at all.' I had had a long and rather hard day at work - I work as a child counsellor - so you can imagine the stress but such wonderful service from staff members who go out of their way to help deserves commendation. Please keep it up!

They offer a book for reading, if sitting to have a cuppa. Bakery produce tasty. Hot beverage machine cleaned regularly, may have to wait a moment, but means you having a nice fresh 'cuppa'!

I cannot praise Waitrose Muswell Hill enough. I visit every day and always find what I want. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable - and fun.

Cosy little store. Not sure about getting rid of serving cashiers and replacing with more self service tills makes a tight squeeze for wheelchairs/buggies to get through and longer waiting time for alcohol approval as it's a busy store and minimal staff.

The new seats feel like they're converting the smaller Waitrose to coffee shops.

Good selection of product fora little Waitrose and very friendly stuff. Long opening on Sunday's and proximity to Alexandra palace a big plus!

They've got a champagne offer ending 5th December 2016...£13.99 a bottle. Too good to miss.

Great little shop where u can find your necessary stuffs. And you will get a free coffee or tea if you need one :-)

Small but well stocked with much needed everyday groceries. Courteous and very friendly staff.
