The guy who spoke to me was very helpful. - but the Supprt I needed from Vodophone in the local shops turned out not to be there - I need a new battery for my iPhone which is still underwarrentee from Vodophone until the first week in October - but the phone cannot have its battery replaced in local shop - it has to be sent away. - at 82. I cannot be without a phone for around 2 weeks - you no longer lend out phones while they are being repaired - my previous iPhone could be a temporary stand in. - but it has half the storage and previous info on phone may not have been saved as I didn’t have WiFi then -and it is not known whether old iPhone 6 maybe up to transfer of all on my SE 20 - and it’s going to cost me to pay for the Vodophone in Enfield’s Vodophone shop to do this - when I bought my SE 20 from you - 2 years ago - I was told the Finchley Vodophone shop would set it up. - they refused - I had to beg someone else to do it for me - so - your local Vodophone shops are not doing what you promise - Under my warranted from you for the iphone I bought directly from you - it’s turning out - not to be able to have the installation of a replacement battery without a lot of uncertainty - and possibility of things going wrong. - you used to loan out temporary phones. - seems like now - not for the last 3 years

The team at this store deserve praise! Went in yesterday to get a Sim and they were so lovely and kind. Very proficient and knew the product well but also very welcoming and friendly. I was looked after by the gentleman who was working here Saturday Morning (didn’t get his name unfortunately) and he is truely an asset, (everyone in the store was really friendly and kind to me as well!) Sorted me with a great sim plan and just overall great customer service. Thanks again team, made my day!

Kind, funny and helpful.

Sorted out my upgrade for me after my not so waterproof phone went for a dip in my toilet. Got a new phone fresh with a package to fit my usage habits (and to save me some money in the process) . Highly recommended.

Ps. My advice for anyone with a not so waterproof phone - Don't drop it in the toilet. It doesn't seem to work afterwards.

The staff here helped my parents sort out SIM cards when they were visiting from abroad. The staff is knowledgeable and made my parents feel comfortable.

Went to vodaphone Museell Hill store as had a problem with my phone. They gave excellent service and also ensured I stayed with them by giving me a better deal. Thank you.

Usam was kind, patient and considerate with me. I'm not particularly good at technology (like really) and he took me through each step in the most beautiful way. He is a credit to your company. You should give him a big fat raise. A very positive experience. Bravo Usam. You are wonderful.

AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Worse customer service ever. I tried to move over my number from another network company and I purchased a SIM card from the store. The SIM did not work and I already went to the store 3 times to try and sort this. It has been more than a week and they haven’t been able to help me. I will not deal with them anymore.

I bought new iphone from Vodafone than received and I came for send back my old phone from the shop, but the staff says we can’t take it our storage full. If they have not storage for one iPhone why that shop still open Vodafone? 08.11.23 14:35 Good job guys 👍

Completely useless, bought a pay as you go sim card wasn’t working waisted two days going back still not working, the guy was trying to sell me broadband when he couldn’t even get a pay as you go sim working.

One particular member of staff, so unprofessional, shouting across the floor, talking all sorts of rubbish about charging people for asking questions, very odd.

Staff had no time for customs & didn't seem to know anything about their products!
