Argos Beckton (Inside Sainsbury's)

Great customer service at Argos, Beckton. Avtar, the manager, was very helpful and assisted me several times with great patience. She is very knowledgeable, kind and always ensures customer satisfaction and that we feel valued and welcomed. I deal with Argos a lot as well as other retailers but this specific store provides amazing customer service and support. Definitely recommended.

As I suffer with mobility issues, and my item was quite large, Aaron D happily volunteered to assist me and help me load my vehicle. I was delighted with the customer service provided by Aaron D; He is a true asset to the team.

Sam one of the store personnel was very helpful in exhanging our damaged hoover. She and her colleague were very understanding and handled our queries very quickly. Really appreciate their help.

Unfortunately my wardrobes turned out to be faulty and took them back outside of 30 days return period. The store manager Angie and shop assistant Asad were really understanding and helpful. I just want to say a massive thank you to both of them.
