Did a click and collect order which wasn't ready when I got there because I think they'd missed it at a very busy time just before Christmas. Not great, but they handled it well.

The manager ( I think ) did a great job of apologizing and sorting it out there and then. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they sort them out and he did great on this occasion.

Seemed a very nice well stocked branch too even just before Xmas.

They are very welcoming and friendly to us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs to shop locally long may it continue keeping the shelves stocked and keep safe and sound

Could do with more vegan options like vanilla soy yoghurt and most supermarkets have their own vegan cheeses now. And too many products are wrapped in plastic. Vegetables should be sold without plastic. And What's with the raspberry jam not having seeds? It's a handy shop and they have a nice little free from section and frozen foods. They have a good range of chocolate and all the essentials really. It's nice having it back.

Good convenience store, specially since their refit a couple of months ago. Good range in stock and most of the staff are helpful, although there are some exceptions. I use it regularly.

I love the coop, always there, always got what you need and good ethical policies too.

This small store is no different, lucky to have it close by.

Except, I wish the staff (who are in many ways brilliant), dealt with things like rubbish in the aisles and non working self checkouts. Its hard enough getting round a small store, let along when things like this are regularly blocking the aisles.

Then when you get to checkout, theres a long queue and this....

it's quite a small supermarket and therefore product offerings are limited, but it's adequate for basic food shopping needs and conveniently located as a local shop in a residential neighbourhood. If you need more than that, or want to do a big shop, then a bigger store with greater variety may be more appropriate.
Due to its small size and narrow aisles, social distancing in the Covid era is difficult/impossible and not really enforced by the store management. That said, I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly....

In terms of a mini/local supermarket, this is fairly average. The aisles are narrow and dont easily allow for people to pass each other. Prices are the usual Co-op, so slightly higher than other supermarkets. There is a small car park to the rear of the shop, but there is no disabled parking. Parking to the front is permitted so will need a ticket to stay. There is a cashpoint on site.
