I can get many organic vegetables, healthy organic meat, chicken, nice fish, Oils, reis, eggs, many many nice healthy even hypoallergenic kleaning products. I love it.

Popped in to Waitrose for some bits and pieces got home had a tasty supper. great way to end the day

You can buy waitrose essentials range, do not have to, which I have found better quality than a lot, and work out cheaper, not saying cheaper than then the cheapest, but quality is good, shopping here is great

My order from John Lewis got mixed up , team member called Thomas looked after me , amazing service ( not very common these days unfortunately).
He deserves recognition. Thank you very much Thomas for sorting out the issue .

Wonderful customer service!
I had order a click and collect of groceries for Friday afternoon pick up. However, I found out in the morning that I had to self isolate. I called the store and told them of my situation, they offered to deliver the groceries to my home! The driver called me later in the day to inform me of the estimated time of delivery and everything was delivered just outside my door in bags.
Thank you Waitrose for going out of your way to help my family!

I have always liked Waitrose better its rivals in terms of efficiency of service and knowledge of the staff. This Waitrose is no different. Very helpful staff and there are many - you do not have to wait around and search up and down aisles to find one. Great selection of products for a mid sized Waitrose. Great shopping despite Wholefoods nearby. Great parking as well though one wishes the entries and turns were larger!!

The best high street supermarket in Richmond without reservation. Beautifully laid out, having an amazing range of thoughtful produce and very friendly, helpful, professional staff. A very well run establishment and a its a pleasure to simply spend time and shop there

It's waitrose. Great store. Everything you will need for a weekly shop. Parking can be a bit hit and miss as it's 90 minutes free with half of the people living in Richmond trying to park there!

A pretty big branch of what is comfortably the UK's best supermarket. Gets very busy compared to some other branches but then it is in the centre of Richmond. Mostly food but there is a household section. Large and well stocked wine section. The variety and the quality of the food is unrivalled as ever and if you want to save money there are always the 'essential' options.

Large, spacious, well-stocked, with friendly personnel. Just popped in briefly to buy a particular item, and had to leave quickly but I was really tempted to stroll the aisles and buy some of the wonderfully presented merchandise.

Much better. Well worth a visit and to shop. I wasn't even challenged about my assistance dog he was walking with me and at the end he was sitting in my rollator. And they could see I am disabled.
Other shops I went in asked me why I had the dog when I pointed out his coller which reads THERAPY DOG. some still asked me what it meant??? I would not rather have to explain why every time as it starts to get embarrassing with others listening in. So because Waitrose did not ask me I was very much pleased. Well done Waitrose. Worth five stars at least.

Great place in the centre of Richmond for doing all your weekly grocery shopping. It has its own carpark and even has a "carry to your car" service for those shoppers who can't be arsed to carry their own shopping.

This is the best branch of Waitrose (or any supermarket branch) in London.
Captain Marc The Manager runs an oranganised, yet classy, ship. The staff are brilliant, mostly because they're clearly working for Branch & Floor Managers that they actually like & respect.
Staff at all levels are always approachable & happy to stop and talk to any customer with questions, no matter how busy the staff are, or how rude the customer.
This review is written on Xmas Eve - the busiest day of the supermarket year. Yet even with 99% of the Richmond customers being temporarily transformed into crazed grocery lunatics the Richmond Waitrose team were absolutely amazing today, despite the festive insanity of the customers.
This is the reason why my wife & I have been shopping her for the last 3 years, and will continue to return for as long as we live in London.

almost 6 years being Waitrose customer, the staffs really lovely, always happy with their products, the fish, vegetables and the fruits so fresh, lots of choices for the biscuits and teas too. My best place for my groceries 👌

Excellent excellent service. Didn't have what I wanted, but a manager? Barry and his colleague went out of their way to get me an alternative. This is why one shops at Waitrose

Excellent mid-size Waitrose store: grocery, sandwiches, deli, bakery, spirits, household goods, postcards, press and a free cash machine. Free car park for the purchases above £10. Customer toilet. Photo booth for ID photos.

I think this is best in our area. Due to continues supply I can find the items that I need better comparing the other waitrose in our area. Also the manager very much understanding the needs of a family with little kids and do his best to help

Very clean, easy to find items, staff are helpful. Vide variety with their own labels too & items at reasonable prices and good quality.
