Friendliest staff on earth! Always feel welcome shopping here and our dog loves it. Gets so excited as soon as he sees where we've arrived! Seems to sell everything too, even things we've struggled to get elsewhere such as teething gel for puppies.

Been going to Cookes for years for my dog, the staff have always been such a delight to talk to in the store, super friendly and lovely people who work there. My dog loves coming here especially for the bonus treats she gets!

Was very helpful and friendly. Did not have what we wanted on shop floor but went upstairs and found what we needed. Had to return for a smaller size but exchanged. Will be using again.

Wide range of products, helpful and friendly staff. Parking good. All dogs welcome into store. Fabulous range of dog special treats for bdays. Cat range is good although little more expensive then other shops.

Prices are a bit steep but isn’t your pet worth the money.

Great shop, always come here to get my dog food and anything else I need. Staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, had a problem with my dog pulling on walks but tried a few suggested leads and now that problem has gone away!

Just been in store to buy two new harness for both my dogs found it quite difficult on my own because they are reactive to other dogs .louise was very helpful fitting their harness with me .other staff were friendly too.

I visited this store today for a dog coat. The staff were friendly and very helpful and helped me choose the right coat and made sure it fitted correctly. The store itself is very well stocked with everything you need for your Dog. They also had a big selection of dog chews that you don't see at other local stores along with a wide variety of Dog foods. They do also cater for other pets but I only looked at Dog stuff. Lovely store and staff!

Just been into store, despite not having a lead that I wanted the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Went out of their way offering to carry larger items to my car for me, and saw them taking a ladies items to the till for her while she carried on shopping

Asked about different foods for small dog breeds. Excellent feedback for me to digest. Will be going back soon. Nice choice of good quality dog toys. Had to make a purchase and the dogs are happy with them. Jack Russell usually goes through toys within minutes. 2 hours in and no damage yet!

I have a highly reactive, recently rescued border collie... the staff here were absolutely brilliant! I didn't feel embarrassed because the staff we so helpful and kind towards my dogs background and they wanted to help me to improve things. Would 100% recommend using this as your go to pet shop!! X

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff, not pushy but I would say guided me in the right direction for my pets needs, items to suit all pockets, will be going back and would recommend to all
