Rude staff, useless shop.
Says it’s a drop off point but won’t accept packages!?!
Called yodel to check who explained he should have taken the package and there was no reason not too as my package was within the size (90cm x 5cm x 10cm). So they are also liars!
Rude man behind till, seems to enjoy being difficult.
Shop was dirty and smelt bad.
Lots of fruit was left outside in rain! Avoid!. Maybe different career or don’t offer services you don’t want to do!

Emailed Packlink / yodel customer services and this was their response:
“Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting Packlink and apologies for the inconvenience.
Our agreement with Yodel is 120cm x 50cm x50cm.
This is an eBay agreement with Yodel and our special agreement allows such dimension (different if you buy on Yodel directly).
The shop owner should have not rejected the parcel but this has been escalated to sort the issue.”

Went to another shop eventually who happily took the parcel without any issue!. (Shop was actually smaller too!)
The issue was with the false information you seemed to give saying you can only accept 60cm when it has been shown that this is not actually true and you are a liar. Anyway the other shop sorted it for me and was a lot more pleasant and trustworthy!

Rude staff who seem to actively not want to be helping people.
Say the offer services and then refuse you when you wish to use them.
Refused a package as said it was too big even though it was well within the package parameters and actually a lot smaller than allowed. (Package was 90cm x 5cm and was allowed up to 120cm x 50cm!?!) Tried telling me packages couldn’t be over 60cms
When calling Yodel they explained there was no 60cm rule and zero reason for the package to not be accepted. So why be difficult and a liar!?
The shop lied, due to laziness?? Do not offer services if you don’t want to do them or at least have manners and not be horrible and rude to customers!!

Turned away with Yodel parcel, said it was too big, however it was not according to shipping choice it was smaller in weight and size.

Terrible shop, tells me it’s £1 paypoint charge, I accept as I needed to pay my rent, he put £100 through the pappoint and then wanted £1, paypoint was charging him £1 he was charging me £1 for himself using the machine! And I bought other items, piss take… thanks for the response…. I’ve spoken to paypoint and they’ve informed me you shouldn’t be charging customers for using the paypoint…… no other shop I’ve see used has ever added a surcharge! Only if paying via card as the card machine takes a percentage which makes sense .. but paying cash ? You’re robbing people

Extremely rude and unhelpful when my mum was sending a Collect + parcel. Refused to accept the parcel until she produced a different code even though Collect + said the initial code she had would work fine. Told my mum to "Stop leaning on the counter" when she wasn't and made her feel so uncomfortable that she called my dad in for assistance. Me, my family and friends will never use this shop again. You should be ashamed.
