Staff are always pleasant and helpful. This morning I walked in on a conversation about coffee and I asked oh, can I have one too and was told they don't have takeaway cups. I had my own in the car and they made me a cup of coffee...what gems 💎 oh and they had my everything on my order!

Good shop, a bit small, so if you ask for anything weird it’s going to be next day delivery. The prices are great and the staff is helpful. Approved!

There's no bicycle parking but the staff don't seem to mind if you take it into the shop

Well stocked shop, normally a much better alternative than Wickes which is closer to me. Staff are normally polite and friendly and on most occasions there's someone on hand to assist you if you have any in-depth queries.

Fantastic service, the most helpful staff ever. They are always willing to help you, even when it is not their obligation they would look for alternative to suggest to you when they don't have what you need. 👏

Fantastic quick and professional staff

Ordered some Magnum boots for work via Click & Collect. Got them home and they didn’t fit. When I returned them to the store the staff were very helpful, they ordered the next size for me and they arrived to collect the next day. Brilliant customer service, the staff are always friendly at this store. Thank you.

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff. I had the wrong size set of washers, and despite being click and collect the staff ensured I got the right size by going to the back and checking the size with the screw I had. Will happily keep using this particular Screwfix over other competitors.

Great prices and good range. Previously a trade insider's secret but now used more by DIYers (including me). Virtually guaranteed to undercut other outlets in bang per buck items across a massive range. Great for the mundane things like cables/ plugs (actually too many to mention) that get ridiculously marked up in larger DIY outlets.

Came here as they had a sale. I got a top of the range cordless drill and accessories for a really good price. I don't think it'll be the last time those guys will be seeing me.
