I had an issue with my gas card where after speaking to the gas company they sent credit over so I could at least have hot water and heating but when I went in there so he could top my card up using the text directions sent from my gas supplier he first said his machine isn't working then he said I need a code then said I can get it done in any paypoint with those directions, he wouldn't even try the steps sent to me so I called my supplier again to try and get help and reported the shop keeper for his actions due to funds being sent to him.
After this incident I will not be giving this shop my custom and will be advising people I know not to take the chance either.
If I could I'd give this shop a minus score.
