Rubbish service asked for Baileys fudge, only to find out they've fobbed us off with white chocolate fudge. Plus, the rum and raisin fudge has no taste to it at all. No wonder they have such bad reviews

Poor hygiene at the ice-cream counter. Assistant fiddled with her ear piercing and used the same ungloved hand to hold a cone. Surprised to see she was also serving with long hair dangling over her face and shoulders...gross!

Bro there was like 5 wasps in the pick a mix, I love pick a mix but that put me off, the carpet was old, it sold such random and unnecessary stuff for a lot of money, HOWEVER the fudge is really good there so I’ll give it to them for that.

This shop use to have a good range of products but lately the the range and quality has been bad. Don't think I'll bother going in here next time.

Fudge sweets sold for £1.5 are fake cr*p. Not worth 50p.

Staff not wearing masks, zero social distancing. Made us feel very uncomfortable as a result.
