Small Co-op Food shop with wide selection of grocery Products. The shop opened at 6am very convenient to buy grocery on your way to work. Fresh Bakery products at opening time's friendly staff.

Co op isle of Grain. Friendly enough staff . Always well stocked. Really convenient to get drinks and treats on your way to the Coastal park or beach in the Summer. Opens 7 days a week in Grain. The supermarket has a diverse product range selling most groceries including fresh fruit and vegetables. The supermarket closes at approximately 10:00 pm on any weekday and 10:00 pm on a Saturday.
Parking can be limited. Bus stop and bollards on the path and width off road all limit parking.
