I do my weekly shopping here. The staff are helpful when I'm looking for something. Special mention for Alison who is always helpful

Easily accessible and plenty of parking for disabled as well as child/parent parking. With it being a larger store there's plenty of of item on offer for most everyday needs. Most of the staff are helpful and happy to help

Had to stop here on a flying visit. Love this store, it is HUGE. Plenty of choice and the home store range is full. They have as be plenty of sideline booths as well. Virgin, Costa and an opticians. They also have a massive clothes section too. We will be coming back to this store.

Was in Saturday morning…seemed to be more staff stacking shelves than customers…couldn’t wait to get out…
Returned a few items from F&F Clothing who have a great range at the minute,the lady at Customer Service her name was Katie I think was absolutely brilliant in every way,polite chatty and so very helpful,she’s a real asset..

I tried the self service,which to honest I’m rubbish at,the guy and the lady there were to busy chatting and quite abrupt,I came away with two more items total of 35 pounds I didn’t click for a receipt !!! Just discovered I’ve got the security tag attached to one of the items,I’m hoping Katie will work her magic when I return it tomorrow 🤞🏻overall a great experience.

Excellent service & empathy from a young assistant on self service checkouts on Thurs 15th Dec. (Didn't catch her name)Helped my partner at the checkout, return some items which we couldn't afford. She did this without judgement, asked a fellow shopper to use his clubcard to try & get the price lower. Wonderful lady. Thank you.

Very good parking and access.

Went to phone shop today to upgrade my phone. Was helped by a lovely, polite young man called Marc who also helped me 2 yrs ago with my current phone. Had a really pleasant experience, which I had not been expecting as I know nothing about phones. Customer service at its best, well done Marc, keep up the good work and thank you.

Easily accessible and easy to park 👌🏼

We are over 70 and therefore in the vulnerable group. We came to the store on Tuesday 31 March to stock up on groceries and frozen food for our new freezer. We were very impressed by the safety measures the store had taken. We arrived about 9.45 and there were only a few people in front of us but the queue area was marked clearly in 2m spaces. There was one way in and spray, paper towels for the trolley and hand gel for customers in the entrance. The whole store has been marked out clearly in 2m spaces and as the aisles are nice and wide it was easy to pass anyone else coming in the opposite direction. We had a very long list as we are trying to isolate but are not tech savvy to buy groceries online. We managed to get everything on our list except flour and bubble bath. We then made a second tour buying freezer food. By that time, 11.15, there was a bit of a queue but it was moving well. Congratulations to all the staff who were keeping the store very clean the whole time we were there.

Should rename this to Tesco Extreme rather than Tesco Extra. Massive

Very big space with multiple businesses inside including a sub way and a hair salon. Quite easy to get lost looking for certain produce though. Other than that, it's great place to shop.

Nice and very big store

There's simply nothing to complain about this tesco its big and has everything you'd ever want out of a tesco. Want a meal deal? No problem. Fancy a cheeky subway: sure! Need a locksmith? Got that too. Fancy some new clothes: they have them in Stock. Do you just love those flat escalators as far as I remember they have those too. Classic big tesco.

Great shop, lovely staff. Always has free spaces to park in.

Update: Dealt with the COVID situation really well, more organised than any other supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. They actually clean the trolleys and provide plenty of sanitiser around the store.

Had no other choice but to do Christmas shopping in Christmas Eve. After going round the store a few times we still needed a couple of items. I stopped a young lad called Reece who, despite being very busy, helped us out massively, checking on his device as well as going out into the warehouse for these items. This saved me having to walk around the store even more than I already had (I’m disabled and can’t walk very far) and he managed to retrieve some bread sauce for us from the gluten free section as that was all that was left. Thank you Reece for making a nightmare shop easier for us 😊

I shop here almost weekly and often use the cafe run by Costa within the store before shopping. Some products have not been available recently but most shelves are fully stocked. Hand sanitizers are available at entrance and near cafe and customer service areas. There is a one way in and out of store atm. Store staff where masks if stocking shelves during shop opening hours!

Very big Tesco! They stock pretty much anything and everything which isn't a bad thing! This means you can do a big shop without going to lots of different stores for those items you normally can't find in a smaller store. Love the fact it also has food outlets and clothes shops inside Tesco is by far the greatest idea a supermarket has done! Having a nice fresh 'Subway' sandwich on my exit makes this my favourite supermarket I've ever been to! It's also convenient that it has a petrol station on the exit but my only negative is this petrol station is always extremely busy as I always find myself sat waiting 5 mins in a line of other cars for a petrol pump to become free

Tesco is tesco 🤷🏼‍♀ lovely staff though and always happy to help
