Asda Huyton Supercentre

Good size car park. Alot of spaces to pack

Called in late 10pm to get a few bits, A guy called Ronnie, helped me with a few items not on shelf, went out of his way, really helpful, not the usual response of "if it's not on shelf we haven't got it."

Popped in Friday for a few items - this is not my local Asda so was unsure of where things were. However, a member of staff named Teresa who I believe was a cleaner was very informative and helpful. She was very smiley and happy to help me and made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Teresa.

Hi, I would like to say I went to the bureau to change money and put euros on my travel card. The girl on the counter. I don't know her name she was. Australian was absolutely amazingly helpful. I messed up my password on my app. She sorted it out. Very friendly really good service. Thank you to Her

Called in the cafe today after shopping instore . 06/01/24 about 2pm.
What a lovely man that was serving , he was helpful , pleasant , and really looked after us three ladies , nothing was too much trouble , wish we would have asked his name then he could get the recognition he deserves

I'd like to thank Linda on customer services for her expertise and knowledge! ...she not only dealt with 3 separate refunds for me at "warp" speed, she also checked that I had found everything I asked her to direct me to when she spotted me later in the store ...great customer service!!

I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished
his name is Warren. Thank you Warren if needed full name and address can be provided

I gave up trying to find an item needed for a recipe. So continued with my shopping. Further on in the store I spoke to a staff member who was on the home shopping.
She went out of her way to help me locate the item.
We couldnt find it but she recommended an alternative item.
I asked her name which was Suzanne.
I thanked her.
Suzanne went out of her way to help me.

Placed an order for delivery. A lovely lady rang before my order arrived to say if I had any trouble or was unhappy with anything to ring her and left the number. My order arrived on time and all was correct or so I thought. I put my shopping away but a few days later when lifting out 3 of the same product one was out of date . I had checked the top 2 pieces of steak but not the bottom one. I rang the store and explained thinking they would just make a note of it. I didn't expect them to bring a new piece of steak to my door a couple of hours later, but they did. Was very impressed. Thank you very much for you great customer service.

Today I was amazed at the customer service I received off a member of staff in the opticians named Karen L.
Karen went up over and beyond with me .. She took her time and helped me choose 2 pairs of glasses and was very patient and understanding ..
I was so relaxed in her company and I can honestly say that Karen is a credit to Asda and I will let all my family and friends know how fantastic Karen is at her job .. Thank you so much for caring and your remarkable service today .. I really appreciate your help ..

In my opinion, this is the best Asda in Liverpool... great parking, huge store, upstairs area with garden centre, photo area & camping equipment, really kind & friendly staff. I needed help with getting photos printed yesterday and the lovely woman on the photo stand, Kelsey, couldn't have been more helpful, she really helped me out without me even asking, she was just fab!

There is a young man called Warren on the self checkouts and everytime I go into the store he is so helpful.amazing customer service that makes you want to return Warren is credit to asda

The customer service I received yesterday was above & beyond. My car door was dented by a careless customer on the carpark who then drove off before I had returned to my car. The lady working at the security desk did her best to identify how it had happened on the car park cameras along with the help of another member of staff working outside in a yellow hi-vis jacket. They both went out of their way to help me even though we weren't able to identify the culprit. Something similar happened to my mother-in-law at Tesco's who refused to get involved. I am extremely grateful to the two before the boys lovely staff at Huyton Asda for their help and kindness.

Big thank's to Asda Huyton for the early entrance for the elderly, vulnerable and carer's. There was limited stock on the shelves, enough to get by and so much better as there was no crushing. I hope this is a regular thing? Thank you again we were running low on a lot of groceries your a life saver.

I had arranged to meet my 83 year old mum as she needed to go to the optical dept as she is unsteady walking I arranged to meet her after I finished work in the cafe.
As she entered the store a staff member called Sheila came over to help her and took her to the cafe and got her drink for her. I arrived to find my mum happily waiting for me
As we sat there Sheila came back to make sure that my mum was ok
Sheila is a credit to the store.

I am not a usual Asda shopper and local is Hunts Cross but they've stopped stocking Tinned Dole Pineapples in Juice and more recently Goat's Milk. Called Asda Huyton who not only assured me they had the pineapples but also aisle they were in. Just been up there and noticed that they do goats milk too. I purchased 12 tins of pineapple in 2 cartons. Got to car and was struggling to open bag and put carton in when lovely chap called Wayne came over and put both cartons in bag for me, all with a smile and friendly chat. Well done Wayne - look after him Asda

My visit to Asda Store in Huyton Liverpool was really nice and refreshing!!! Store was extensive and just off the M62 Motorway!!!! A good opportunity to stop and shop for any journey essentials indeed!!!! Very handy and full of variety groceries and other products, and customer services!!!!!

Like most asdas, has lots of choices of foods, cards, drinks etc. Has a Greggs and a Decathlon inside and a full upstairs clothing and household area.
