Asda Lancaster Superstore

I was assisted by a very helpful young assistant tonight, very professional and patient with me at the self checkout. Sadly I did not get his name but I wanted to commend him as an excellent at ambassador for your store. I visited around 7.45pm on 7th Dec so I hope you can check the rota to find out who he is.

This was a massive supermarket to visit, where I bought a yummy cheese twist for a cheap price of 65p from the bakery! The store has large signs for all of the areas, including its aisles that have all of the products well-organized. I found the self-service checkout easy to use and the area as a whole pleasant, where cleanliness had been maintained.

Probably one of the fullest and well stoked supermarkets I have ever seen. We talked to a bunch of staff members and they were all nice.

I have had some issues with this store over past 3 years however I want to thank a young man who has been superb during this pandemic. Despite being isolated I cant get a delivery slot. So I have good friends who shop for me. But I needed a big shop. So I managed to finally after 4 weeks to get a click and collect slot my friend asked Dan who is doing the click and collect what the process was. He advised her if I turn up phone click and collect put my name in back window of car, my car would be loaded by Dan without any contact. It ran exactly as he said he is a amazing, so caring and efficient. Thank you so much.
The instore bakery has been transformed. Do you have new management in there. I have never seen it so organised and stocked. It was a pleasure to shop there. The rest of the store seems to be catching up. But during this virus they are doing a fantastic job. Well done to all the staff and stay safe.

Went early doors to the store. Plenty of stock and relaxed atmosphere. Purchased essentials and clothing. Self scan problem free pleasant staff member intervened to sanction pain killer sale. Recommended store thankyou.

Has all our needs!

I am always able to find what I want at this store. The staff on the shop floor and at the tills are extremely personable and always ready to go the extra mile - offer packing help, give me time to root out my debit card etc. A big thank you.
And I love the chart that lets me know when the quieter times are.

Large Asda store, good parking and usually the cheapest fuel in the area. Parking can get full during busy periods. Only one way in and one way out, with traffic lights - total lack of thought like all supermarket entrances.

They are selling my absolute favourite choc chip homebake shortbread AGAIN at last. I have sent many emails, they must have taken notice. I bet they are very pleased they have. Whoopee from a Scot., Thank you xx

Large superstore with comprehensive range of departments. Clothing - fashion adults children school, electricals, entertainment, garden, homewares and bedding, fresh groceries, dairy, fish, meat, ready meals, pets, alcohol, frozen, polish, cleaning, etc. Self service and manned tills. Good parking including family and disabled. No coin trollies. Low prices and deals.

Would like to thank Kyle one of the mangers for his help the other week. Our car had locked its self and the battery to the car key had died. He tried to open the key for us to change battery. No luck. Then her tried to call out of hour locksmiths and also recovery. No luck but he tried and took time out to help us. Thanks again Kyle. Very welcome for your help. Ryan and Becky

Great store, plenty of free parking, petrol station, click and collect, garden plants, travel agent, customer toilet, George clothing, cafe, pharmacy, dry cleaning.
In store B&Q.

I think Asda is a close cheap shop for people to go and get there weekly or even monthly shop it has pretty much everything anyone would need and as for parking, petrol and card machines there doing well so if you haven’t already I think you should give Asda a go and see what you get just remember it’s cheap and they have nice welcoming staff

Good choice of brands and non brands mixed with own made products, always good helpful staff, pleasant shopping experience and I hate shopping it's twisted 😜

It's full of food clothes and other things.There are lots of people with trollies giving each other bad looks,especially women in the George section.

Enjoyed shopping here no hassles just got what I wanted as they sell most things staff very helpful polite and professional . Nice place to shop

Good supermarket, stocks most things at reasonable prices. Has a b&q inside aswell as a pharmacy and a travel agents. Also sells fresh Krispy Kreme donuts 🍩
