Screwfix Dereham

Helped me out of a big muddle when I was stressed out trying to finish a job on a Friday evening. The two young ladies went to such trouble to find what I needed. I'm normally a click and collect customer so hadn't realised just how good the staff's product knowledge was. Outstanding service, well done and thank you.

Always good service from Screwfix, Order 2 items late Friday night, ready to pickup by 9.00 am the next day. Cannot ask for much better than that.

Got loads of bits from here recently, almost always had what I needed in stock, if not the click and collect option is great and they let you know when it's ready for collection.

Bought a nail gun about 6 months ago. It stopped working. They exchanged it for a now one with no quibbles.

Super quick picking service (I ordered from my car outside) and safe collection.

Occasional stock issues meaning you have to wait 24 to 48hrs for bits but on the whole great staff and products.

Always got what i need, nice and easy. Great prices

Good prices over homebase and others in the town.. friendly staff and easy to get to even if you dont know dereham.
