Not only the best hardware store I've ever been to, but one of the best stores I've visited for customer service. Total professionals but with authentic local vibe. Great people!

Went in with my bike which had a rounded off screw and Ben spent about 30 mins going through every tool he had in order to remove it!

Many shops might have said “sorry, too busy” or “no, can’t do it” but Ben was amazing and worked his arse off before finally getting the bolt off. Wouldn’t take any cash other than what the necessary nuts and bolts needed for the repair.

Nice little hardware shop, staffed by friendly folk.

Downstairs is a lot of tools and building supplies etc.

We went in for chopping boards as it happens, and nearly completely missed the first floor which is helpfully labelled for kitchen goods. Upstairs includes kettles, basic appliances, cooking knives and all sorts.

When 2 bike shops couldn’t help, JP & Sons came to the rescue with bolts and washers to hold my friend’s mountain bike suspension together. Not only did the chap in the shop come out to inspect the bike and what was needed, he reappeared with a hacksaw and tools to help install it. Grade A customer service that saved our little mountain biking adventure. Thank you!!

A fantastic local shop which sells everything you could possibly need. And it’s cheaper (and quicker) than getting it online. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing shop in the centre of Dolgellau! Many thanks to the lovely family who run it.

A Good Old Fashioned Hardware Store, not alot you can't get from here. And if they haven't they will try to get. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. 😏

Has everything and more. Reminds you what a local store does for you. The people here are knowledgeable, helpful and downright nice to deal with. If they don't have it they can get it. And you don't have to pay any more than a click order either.

Awesome little shop seems much larger in the inside. Stocks garden, plumbing, paint, tools, electrical,etc. pretty much anything hardware wise.
