Purchased an Acer Nitro laptop online. The next day I arrived to collect it and an assistant approached and asked if I was collecting. My laptop was retrieved quickly and I was out within 5 minutes. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

Curry’s at Aylesford Maidstone Kent… great service from April on the customer service desk… went extra extra for my partner and I today. Got our problem sorted with a friendly attitude and persistence…have had excellent service in this store

We came in for advice about buying a new TV, (bear in mind we are oldies) and spoke to a lovely lad Harry. He was sooo patient with us, explaining everything clearly. There are a lot of us oldies out there, who sadly are finding it very difficult to keep up with all the technical changes, so it was lovely to speak to someone who bothered to help us, as simply as possible, to understand what would be best for us. Didn't get any raised eyebrows, or the look that says ' it's simple' when it's not to us. Thank you Harry, we know where to come next time.

Probably the best Curry's store I have been to. Huge store spread across two floors. An abundance of choice in electronics and household goods. Lots of staff on hand ready to help too. Really good.

The last few times I've come in, in 2022, staff have gone above and beyond in helping me, and have been very friendly. Assisting in finding particular items and giving detailed information on products, but also helping me to compare products online.

Following my initial review of 2 stars, I have increased to 5 stars as the customer service picked up and sorted out my dishwasher problems and arranged for the new dishwasher to be delivered very quickly. Thanks for your help and support.

Purchased a dishwasher online that wasn't fit for purpose. It took two weeks with phone calls and virtual online chats to arrange for the dishwasher to be collected and refund (which I am still waiting for). The staff in store have always been helpful and Aylesford store are always on form but the generic phone number that you call for 'help' not so helpful. Your policies and procedures need tom be reviewed as it shouldn't have taken that amount of time to resolve my issues.

I just buy a Samsung oled tv from there and it’s nice! And harry was the staff he is fantastic and we liked it such a nice staff!

Bought a small HP printer. Good advice and price was on par with others.

Great place, I ordered one apple watch through online from Currys, once after receiving our order, we didn't like the colour. We went to Currys for exchanging my apple watch. They replaced my apple watch very quickly and also they give me the same offer which I had applied through online. Thank you.

5* service from Chad today. The only member of staff in the Computer/Laptop area to acknowledge us, whilst with another customer. After 15 minutes another member of staff was asked to see us but we felt that Chad deserved our custom.

Chad was attentive and extremely helpful and clearly understood his products. The tills were playing up but he was patient, calm and apologetic.

Thank you to the Store Manager who had to assist despite literally just walking in the door and not even taken his coat off testament to putting his customers first.

Great place where you can find differet appliances.

Ordered a Samsung galaxy watch after talking to a helpful assistant about the diffences between models. Had to order my watch as it wasn't available in store which arrived in two days as promised. If I have any problems with purchases it's far easier to talk to currys in person in the store rather than doing an online purchase with an unknown vendor and trying to get aftersales help from them.

Had to return a faulty item. The guy on returns dealt with the problem swify and efficiently. I ordered a replacement and picked it up two days later. Perfect. Thank you Currys 😁

Staff are extremely helpful.
Had a issue 4 times my purchase arrived damaged and they dealt with it speedly and proofessially.
No completions will return always staff on hand for advice

I visit this store regularly as a field Merchandiser doing work in here aswell as a customer and always a pleasant experience.
Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store always clean, tidy nice atmosphere.

So easy.Orderd 3 items on line.Arrived at store and touched button to say I had arrived to collect.Went into store and gave reference number and 5 mins later someone helped me place goods in car.
